Hotel Ayui Resort

The hotel is very poorly maintained... It would seem like it was a hotel from the 70s... Old and stained carpets... Faded padding... Very small quadruple room... it is not for 4 people... it is a double room that could have had 2 more beds to charge you as such... I can't speak about the service because I was at the hotel for 20m and I returned to the place where I was stopping the previous days...

It lacks a lot of love and a lot of maintenance. The attention was very nice. The AA in the room was not working and they changed our room immediately. The maso breakfast; We went to breakfast at 9:30 a.m. and there was almost nothing...they only added toast. The location is excellent, next to the Hot Springs and on the lake circuit, which is highly recommended to do, because of its picturesque nature and because you can see many capybaras with their babies.

The location is excellent next to the Salto Grande lake, surrounded by a park, about 300 meters from the Ayuí Hot Springs and about 15 km from the center of Concordia. It is advisable to come by vehicle or have the transportation issue resolved beforehand. As for the hotel's infrastructure, it is a hotel that has many things to be a good hotel but it is working at 50% of its potential or less, quite dilapidated in general, but what is used daily is fine. A shame about the pools. It has 2 exterior rooms that were empty in winter and a supposedly heated deck for which I inquired and they told me that they were filling and heating it... so I opted to go to the hot springs, they give you a pass for each day you stay at the hotel. Breakfast is basic hot drink, yogurt, croissants, toasted bread, butter, cheese and little else. The rooms are spacious, at least the common ones are not updated, everywhere you look they have not been touched up for at least 15 years. Bedding leaves a lot to be desired. Importantly, there is a place to park. Even some covered places. Now if the idea is just to stay and enjoy the hot springs or visit other places and you don't pay so much attention to the facilities of the place you won't have any problems. The attention of the staff at both the reception and the restaurant is notable. They do a lot with the little they have, and they always put the best vibes on it.
